Cassava starch production is  primarily by the wet milling of fresh cassava roots . Starch is the main constituent of cassava. About 25% starch may be obtained from mature, good quality tubers.

Fresh cassava tubers are processed during season . Cassava starch production  from fresh cassava roots  can be divided into five main stages: preparation (peeling and washing), rasping/pulping/grating, purification (starch washing), dewatering and drying, and finishing (milling and packaging).

The gluten making machine is working process
1. mix wheat flour with water to make dough
2. put water into machine  washing the dough to remove the starch granules.
3. discharge of the washed water and add new clean water
4. repeat 2&3 for 3~ 4 times . Use water washing to remove all the starch granules ,leaving the sticky insoluble gluten as an elastic mass
5  get the final product wet gluten for making gluten food .
